Restaurants and business partners listed on Pattaya Dining are responsible for providing accurate and updated information about their business.
This includes but is not limited to:

• contact details
• services offered
Pattaya Dining does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by restaurants.
Pattaya Dining is not responsible for errors, outdated information, or changes made by the restaurants.
The platform simply provides restaurants with an opportunity to present their business and potentially attract more customers.
3. Restaurant Listings and Partner Cooperation
Restaurants listed on Pattaya Dining may be contacted for information updates, promotional opportunities, or editorial content.
Pattaya Dining attempts to maintain communication with restaurant partners and may provide recommendations or suggestions to improve listings.
If a restaurant partner repeatedly fails to cooperate, does not respond to communication, or refuses reasonable collaboration, Pattaya Dining reserves the right to remove or ban the listing without prior notice.
4. Right to Modify Listings and Content
Pattaya Dining reserves the right to modify, update, edit, or remove restaurant listings and related content at its sole discretion.
This may include corrections, editorial adjustments, updated photos, or removal of outdated information.
Listings may also be removed if they no longer meet the standards or policies of Pattaya Dining.
5. Social Media Promotion Rights
Restaurants that are listed on Pattaya Dining automatically grant Pattaya Dining permission to promote their business through digital media.
This includes publishing photos, restaurant information, food images, and related content on platforms including but not limited to:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
Blog articles
Website features
Other social media platforms
These promotional activities are intended to benefit both Pattaya Dining and the restaurant partner.
Once a restaurant agrees to be listed, Pattaya Dining is automatically granted permission to publish such content without legal liability.
6. Content Usage and Media Rights
All media created by Pattaya Dining including photography, videos, blog content, food reviews, and promotional materials remains the intellectual property of Pattaya Dining.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
User-generated content that is publicly shared and tagged with Pattaya Dining may be reposted or featured by the platform with appropriate credit where possible.
7. Restaurant Reviews and Editorial Policy
Restaurant reviews published on Pattaya Dining represent editorial opinions based on dining experiences, observations, public information, or feedback.

Pattaya Dining Verified Restaurant Program
Pattaya Dining Restaurant Certificates
These recognitions are awarded at the discretion of Pattaya Dining and may be modified, updated, or removed if necessary.
Participation in Pattaya Dining or advertising on the platform does not guarantee inclusion in rankings or awards.
10. Anti-Fraud and Fake Review Policy
Any attempt to manipulate restaurant reviews, rankings, or reputation through fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
fake reviews
review manipulation
paid fake feedback
misleading promotional claims
If such activity is detected, Pattaya Dining reserves the right to remove reviews, remove rankings, or suspend restaurant listings.
11. Brand Protection and Intellectual Property
The name Pattaya Dining, its logos, branding, design elements, and content are protected intellectual property.
No individual or business is permitted to copy, reproduce, misuse, or commercially exploit the Pattaya Dining brand without written permission.
Unauthorized use of the Pattaya Dining name or logo for advertising, marketing, or any activities that may harm the platform’s reputation is strictly prohibited.
Legal action may be taken in case of misuse.
12. Defamation and Reputation Protection

If such actions result in reputational or financial damage, Pattaya Dining may claim damages of up to 1,000,000 Thai Baht.

Content posted about Pattaya Dining on social media, blogs, or video platforms may be reviewed if it significantly affects the reputation of the platform.
If such content is considered harmful or defamatory, Pattaya Dining reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
This rule applies to both restaurant partners and general users on the internet.
14. Restaurant Quality Standards and Code of Conduct
Pattaya Dining aims to feature restaurants that provide quality dining experiences.
Restaurant partners are expected to maintain professional standards including:
cleanliness
accurate information
fair pricing
reasonable service quality
Restaurants that repeatedly fail to meet these standards may be removed from the platform.
15. No Guarantee of Business Results
Pattaya Dining provides marketing exposure and promotional opportunities for restaurants.
However, the platform does not guarantee customer traffic, reservations, sales, or financial success.
Business results may vary depending on many external factors.
16. Pricing and Advertising
Any advertising, promotional services, or premium listing options offered by Pattaya Dining are subject to separate pricing agreements as published on the platform.
Pricing may change at any time without prior notice.
17. Jurisdiction and Legal Venue
Any legal disputes related to Pattaya Dining shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chonburi Province, Thailand, including Pattaya.
18. Changes to These Terms
Pattaya Dining reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
