Reviews Information
Our Food & Beverage listing platform allows users to leave reviews for all listed restaurants and venues. Review criteria include:
- Food taste
- Beverage (for Coffee & Tea Shop)
- Service quality
- Value for money
- Ambience
- Cleanliness
All listed businesses accept both positive and negative reviews, as these reflect genuine customer experiences. We do not remove reviews simply because they are unfavorable, as they represent honest opinions from visitors.
If you believe a review is fake and can provide proof that the customer has not visited your establishment or used your service, you can submit this evidence to us. Upon verification, we may delete the review.
We also reserve the right to remove reviews that violate laws or contain inappropriate content, including references to drugs, sexual topics, pornography, or comments against the Thai Royal Family. Such reviews will be deleted, and the user will be banned. If we detect the creation of fake accounts or fraudulent reviews, we may report this activity to the local authorities. We employ IP tracking to identify users, even if they try to hide their IP using VPNs.
Top Restaurant Certification
Restaurant owners do not automatically receive a Top Restaurant certificate based solely on customer ratings. Instead, our team will visit and test your restaurant to assess whether it truly deserves recognition.
Unlike other platforms that hand out awards to thousands of venues, we only give top recognition to genuinely outstanding restaurants. A rating of 4.5 or higher indicates quality, but not receiving an award doesn’t mean your restaurant isn’t good—it can still be a positive sign and help attract more customers.
On our platform, venues rated under 3.5 are considered “flops,” ratings from 3.6 to 4 are average, 4.1 to 4.4 are good, and 4.5 to 5 are top-tier restaurants.
