1. Single Venue Listing Fee
This service can be canceled at any time. The first 12 months are free, and after that, a fee of 500 Baht per year applies. You are not obligated to renew; before the first year ends, we will notify you to confirm whether you wish to continue or cancel and remove your listing. If your business closes or you wish to stop listing at any point after the second year, please inform us so we can update our records accordingly.

2. Franchise / Chain Listing Fee
For multiple business listings under a franchise or chain, the contract is valid for 12 months at the rate paid initially. You won’t be charged for the next 12 months unless you choose to renew. We will notify you before the current contract ends.

3. Menu Update Service
Adding or updating menus is a one-time service fee, paid upfront. Once accepted, the service cannot be canceled. If you change your mind within 15 minutes of payment, we will cancel the process and refund the full amount within 24 hours.

4. Graphic Design & Social Media Images
Includes 4 images in different sizes for online and offline use. Payment must be made upfront. Cancellation within 15 minutes of payment will result in a full refund within 24 hours.

5. Video Editing Service
After discussing your requirements, full payment is due upfront. We will work to meet your expectations through 3-5 revisions. If, after that, you are still not satisfied, you may cancel the order, but only 50% of the payment will be refunded, as we have already begun work and allocated resources.

6. Digital Marketing (1-Month Contract)
A minimum of 50% deposit is required after agreement. If you decide to cancel within two weeks, the remaining 50% will not be payable, and the contract will be terminated.

7. Standard Marketing & Advertising Package (1-Month Contract)
Payment is required in advance. The service will not automatically renew unless you choose to do so. No refunds are available for partial months if you cancel early.

8. Advantages Package (3-Month Contract)
Full payment for the first month is required upfront. You can cancel after the second month without further charges by informing us via email.

9. Business Package (6-Month Contract)
Advance payment for the first month is required. Cancellation is only possible after three months. Send us an email to cancel; refunds for services already rendered are not available.

10. Enterprise Package (12-Month Contract)
Cancellation is permitted after ten months of service, with written notice.

Important Notes

• For contracts longer than one month, payments must be made by the 1st of each new month. Late payments are accepted up to 3 days, after which we will contact you.
• Late payments exceeding 3 days will incur an additional fee of 200 Baht. If late payments reach 2,000 Baht or more, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately and remove your listing without notice.
• Business owners are not permitted to make any offensive or defamatory statements against Pattaya Dining, as this is against our terms and conditions.
