   Pattaya Dining is a free listing platform aimed at promoting local restaurants, cafés, street vendors, and related businesses. We offer a one-year free listing period to help enhance visibility and support the local food scene.
3. Listings, Reviews & Content

• Business listings are free for the first 12 months. The standard listing includes 4 menu items and prices. You can expand to showcase your full menu for a small additional fee. • Customers may leave reviews based on their personal experiences.
• While we expect reviews to be authentic, we cannot guarantee their accuracy or verify their authorship.
• We do not remove reviews unless they include offensive, racist, sexual, defamatory, political, or anti-monarchy content.
• Business owners may request the removal of false or fraudulent reviews, provided sufficient proof is given.
• It is the responsibility of business owners to keep their listing information (menu, hours, prices, etc.) accurate and up to date.
• Pattaya Dining is not liable for the quality, pricing, or customer experiences at any listed business.

4. Liability & Responsibilities
   Pattaya Dining is an informational platform only. We are not involved in transactions between customers and listed businesses and cannot be held responsible for service quality, customer disputes, or any related issues.
5. Certification of Top Restaurants
   Our team evaluates select businesses on criteria including:

• Food Quality
• Service
• Cleanliness
• Ambience
• Value for Money

Businesses that meet our criteria receive a “Top Restaurant” Certificate. This award is based solely on merit and cannot be purchased. Misuse or fraudulent claims of certification will be reported to the authorities.

7. Changes to Terms
   These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.
8. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• External links or third-party services may involve fees beyond our control—use at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

• We reserve the right to verify removal requests to prevent misuse.

12. Use of Business Intellectual Property and Promotional Rights
    By submitting your logos, images, business information, or content to Pattaya Dining, you grant us permission to use and reproduce these materials. We reserve the right to post, display, and promote your business, including logos and images, across our platforms and marketing channels, on your behalf.

You agree that Pattaya Dining has the sole right to use and promote your business content without infringing on any copyrights or intellectual property rights. You also waive any rights to commissions or legal actions related to such promotional activities. We may continue to promote your business until you choose to cancel or terminate the contract. Upon cancellation, we will cease using your content.
